Agropak is a pioneering startup building sustainable, design-forward packaging for cosmetics, beauty, jewellery and premium hospitality brands. We design and manufacture eco-conscious packaging that is free from plastics, PLA, BPA and plasticizers — making sustainability practical for premium products without compromising on quality or aesthetics.


Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Intern to join a small commercial team and help kickstart Agropak’s outreach to luxury and hospitality buyers. This is a hands-on, project-driven role where you’ll own the top of the funnel: researching prospects, running initial outreach, qualifying interest, and coordinating demos with founders and our product team. You’ll get direct exposure to commercial strategy in an early-stage startup and real responsibility from day one.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build targeted prospect lists across jewelry, premium retail, beauty & hospitality — identify decision-makers and map buying intent.
  2. Execute initial outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn; qualify leads and capture buyer needs and timelines.
  3. Schedule and prepare briefing notes for product demos and sample reviews between qualified prospects and Agropak’s founders/product team.
  4. Maintain and update our CRM with accurate contact data, call notes, lead status and next steps (HubSpot / Pipedrive familiarity a plus).
  5. Iterate on outreach messaging and follow-up cadences; A/B test subject lines and hook statements.
  6. Support logistics for sample shipments, demo kits and occasional product shoot coordination.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Strong communication skills — confident on initial calls and professional in written outreach.
  3. Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable keeping CRMs up to date.
  4. Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn commercial strategy in a startup environment.
  5. Interest in sustainability, packaging design, or premium retail is preferred.
  6. Bonus: prior B2B outreach experience, hospitality or retail procurement exposure, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive experience.
